Then, God willing, you will get access to listen to our online group Friday meetings, or will receive Friday sermons in your email, depending on which one we are doing during that Friday.

What does it mean to join us?

Joining us simply means that you become a submitter from now on.

Becoming a submitter, according to Chapter 9, verse 11, only means that you agree to do two things with us:

1. The Contact Prayer (muslim prayer)

2. The Obligatory Charity

Once you do these two things, then you are officially a submitter. Here is a quick 3 minute video to learn how to do them:

How does it work in practice?

Once you send us an email, expressing your desire to join us, we reply asking you to fill a form to declare to whom you are willing to give your Zakat in the next four months, and how much that Zakat will be. You will be offered a choice to select the receivers of your charity to be people in need whom you know, or if there is no one you know, you will be offered the choice for us to distribute it for you in accordance with the list specified in verse 9:60 of the Quran. Afterwards, you will also be expected to listen to the Friday Sermons online every Friday (They typically last about 15 to 30 minutes).
