Who are the Submitters?
The Submitters are an online community of people who worship only God.
They worship God through:
God commands the Submitters to organize through:
How are the Submitters different from other religious groups?
- Difference from Jews: Jews do not accept the Quran, while the Submitters do.
- Difference from Christians: Christians believe that Jesus is God or part of a trinity which forms God, while the Submitters do not.
- Difference from Sunnis and Shias: Sunnis and Shias accept Hadiths as a source of religion while the Submitters do not. They believe that Hadiths were written for historical purposes and were not meant to be used for religious purposes.
- Difference from Quranists: Quranists generally do not believe in any specific religious rituals, while the Submitters believe that the religious rituals (Salat – Contact Prayers, Zakat – Obligatory Charity, Fasting, and Hajj – Pilgrimage) were revealed to prophet Abraham and were passed down as a practical tradition from generation to generation until today independently of the Quran and independently of the Hadith. However, because the submitters can find all the details of those rituals in the Quran, this means that they still use Quran alone as their only religious book and do not need to rely on other sources to reach conclusions about those religious rituals.
How are the Submitters similar to other religious groups?
- Similarity with Jews: Belief in the same God, and the Torah, and other prophetic books.
- Similarity with Christians: Belief in the same God, and the Gospel, and that Jesus is the Messiah and the word of God.
- Similarity with Sunnis and Shia: Belief in the same God, and that the Quran is the final scripture revealed by God, and that Muhammad was the final prophet sent by God.
- Similarity with Quranists: Belief in the same God, and that the Quran should be the only book to be used for religious conclusions.
Are the Submitters followers of a new religion?
No. The Submitters follow the oldest religion revealed by God. The religion is called Submission, and it was originally revealed through prophet Abraham, and the same religion was followed by all the other prophets like Moses, Jesus, and Muhammad.
If I am a Sunni, a Shia, or a Christian, or a Jew, do I have to change my religion to join the Submitters?
No. The Quran recognizes Submission as the religion from which Christianity, Judaism, Sunnism, and Shiism emerged as distortions. So, technically, you would only need to do some minor, but effective, modification to your own religion.
How do I know this is true?
You can verify all this information by reading the Authorized English Translation of the Quran.
What if I don’t believe in the Quran?
You can verify that the Quran is God’s revelation by examining the Mathematical Miracle of the Quran.
This makes sense, but I still have some questions.
